Plain English Summary: Use StoreSafe responsibly. You own your data (it's in YOUR Google Drive). We provide the backup service; you're responsible for your store and the data you back up. Pay for the subscription, don't abuse the system, and we'll keep things running smoothly.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and StoreSafe ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") governing your access to and use of the StoreSafe application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

StoreSafe offers a single subscription plan at $19.99 USD per month ("StoreSafe Pro"). This price may be subject to change with 30 days' notice.

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

5.3 Billing

Subscription billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your Shopify account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel. Upon cancellation:

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, code, and documentation, is owned by StoreSafe and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

IMPORTANT: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
